• TEAM DUES
  While we want to thank those of you who pay consistently and on time, once again we have had to chase people down 2 months after the season was over to try to collect money from them. We don’t have many rules on this team, and the ones we do, we have been remiss in enforcing them. This needs to stop. We are advancing to the Regional Division III playoffs in the Spring and will be moving up to Division II for the Fall. Our expenses as a team are not going to decrease with this move so we need to ensure that we are financially stable.
  
  2004 Spring dues are due no later than the 3rd week of the Season (4/10/04). If you do not pay the full amount, or set up a payment plan with 50% of the total due being paid on or before the 3rd week you will not be eligible to play. We will enforce this rule this year. If we do not enforce any other, rest assured that this one will be.
  
  Dues will continue, for now, to be $100 per season ($200 per year). This does not include the costs for tournaments that we attend (Jersey Cup, Seagirt, Saranac). The Jersey Cup and Seagirt are normally $10 per person with the team covering the balance. Saranac depends on the number of people who attend. We do have social dues for those who do not play but still come around. These are due at the same time as the regular dues. Speak to either Ralph or myself about the amount.
  
  We are more than willing to work out a payment plan with each person just so long as 50% is paid on or before 4/10. You can start your plan as early as you like and the sooner the better. There are no refunds. If you get hurt and cannot play the remainder of the season, you should still come support the team and help the less experienced players learn the game.
  
  Payments can be made in a few different ways, none of which include giving Ralph cash at Tierney’s on Thursday night. If you do not use one of the payment options below, you might end up having to pay twice. All checks must be made out to Montclair Rugby Club, not to cash or blank.
  
  Checks can be given to either Ralph or myself at games or practices, or mailed to:

  Verona, NJ. 07044 Bloomfield, NJ, 07003.
  
  Cash payments can be given to either Ralph or myself the day of a game or at practice.
