| Practice is held every Tuesday and Thursday night from 6:30 PM until 8:30 PM.
You must be on time and you must bring your full rugby kit, including boots, jersey,
shorts and mouthguard (new players are an exception). |
Practices are located at Codey Field, Montclair, NJ. (click here for directions)
Stretching, warm up & set up of field begins at 6:00.
